A writer by passion, my obsession with technology leaves me following major thinkers in the tech sector, as well as eager to learn a new piece of software. For Adobe InDesign, an understanding of the software is not only helpful for my resume, but in a pinch, the time saved by inputting text corrections myself is extremely valuable. With Audio Hijack Pro & Sound Studio 4, I learned how to schedule recordings of online audio broadcasts, and edit them down for later usage, as well as chopping songs into ringtones.

I have always had web-based side projects to satisfy this digital wanderlust. In 2010, I co-founded TheBusySignal.com, a contribution-based group blog. I wrote for the site, copy-edited our staff of fifteen writers, and resolved back-end tech issues. In 2012, I had a brief run co-hosting a podcast, Wins+Losses, for which I was also the web editor. I have a basic familiarity with HTML, and popular CMS engines such as Wordpress, Tumblr, and Squarespace.
